If you are interested in joining the Guild contact the Secretary who will send you details. The main criteria for full membership are that:
- The mill relies on wind or water as its primary source of power
- The mill uses millstones running horizontally
- The milling business is run with high levels of expertise
- The mill maintains high levels of product quality and hygiene
Members meet regularly and the Guild offers support, advice, marketing opportunities and training to members.
